This apartment is on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, which is part of Polaris World Golf Resorts. The apartment is full of atmosphere. The resort is in the Province of Murcia. It is attractively landscaped and has numerous excellent walking paths. The resort is divided into three smaller areas. Everything has been considered so you have an enjoyable holiday. The apartment is in the Jardin 10 area situated on the first floor. It has a sun terrace. You'll find a communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool and play equipment nearby. The terrace enjoys delightful views of the pool. There is a supermarket and Golf Club with a bar just five minutes away. You can enjoy all facilities including tennis, paddle alley, basketball and a football pitch. There is also a shopping centre. By paying the green fee you can enjoy the driving range and the eighteen-hole golf course. The course was designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus. The Mediterranean coast and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida are fifteen minutes away by car. Murcia with its lively town centre, shops and entertainment is thirty minutes away by car. The harbour town of Mazarron is 17 kilometres away. You can enjoy the beach, water sports and the restaurants on the town's lively boulevard.
